NJCIT Wins the "Award for Striving for Excellence" in the 2025 Comprehensive Assessment of High-Quality Development for Higher Education Institutions in Jiangsu Province

On March 19, the CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee and Jiangsu Provincial People's Government held the 2026 Provincial High-Quality Development Promotion Conference, where the results of the 2025 Comprehensive Assessment of High-Quality Development for Jiangsu Province were announced. NJCIT won the Award for Striving for Excellence in the 2025 Comprehensive Assessment of High-Quality Development for Higher Education Institutions in Jiangsu Province.

In 2025, NJCIT's Party Committee, guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, thoroughly studied and implemented the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC and its plenary sessions. It united and led all faculty, staff, and students to forge ahead and work diligently, elevating NJCIT's high-quality development to a new level and achieving new breakthroughs through high-quality Party building. During the year, NJCIT adhered to its AI+ educational orientation, strengthening Party building, promoting integration, and cultivating new talent. Party building provided strong leadership and cohesion, demonstrating strength and effectiveness. Key educational capabilities reached new heights and continued to advance. The fundamental task of fostering virtue and cultivating talent was deeply rooted and yielded fruitful results. Industry-education integration was deeply advanced, achieving mutual benefit and win-win outcomes. The capacity for scientific research and social services multiplied significantly, making outstanding contributions. With solid effort as the brush and tangible results as the ink, NJCIT painted a splendid picture in the modernization drive of the new Jiangsu, a province striving for prosperity, wealth, beauty, and high standards.

The year 2026 marks the beginning of the 15th Five-Year Plan. NJCIT will embark on a new journey from a higher standpoint and respond to new expectations with more concrete measures. It will focus on the main theme of high-quality development, make precise arrangements in key areas, concentrate on breaking through development bottlenecks, and ensure that the entire college is aligned in thought, goals, and actions. With a spirit of unremitting effort and a forward-moving attitude, we will strive to write a new chapter for NJCIT in the modernization of a strong, prosperous, beautiful, and high-tech new Jiangsu, and endeavor to become a benchmark for high-quality development in national vocational education.
