Our College Conducted Specialized Training on the Development and Revision of Talent Cultivation Programs

On the afternoon of July 6, our college's Academic Affairs Division held a specialized training session in Conference Room C403 of the Administration Building on interpreting the development and revision of talent cultivation programs, as part of the basic teaching skills series. This training was led by Chen Gang, Deputy Director of the Academic Affairs Division, and was primarily focused on providing specialized guidance to young faculty members within the school.

During the training, Deputy Director Chen Gang focused on the national vocational education standards and the school's overall teaching work plan. The training was centered around three main documents: the Ministry of Education's Guiding Opinions on the Formulation and Implementation of Professional Talent Cultivation Programs in Vocational Colleges, the College's Guiding Opinions on the Development and Revision of Professional Talent Cultivation Programs, and the Academic Affairs Division's Notice on Carrying out the Revision and Development of the 2026 Professional Talent Cultivation Programs. Integrating the core clauses, standards, and work requirements from the three documents, and based on the college's educational positioning and talent cultivation characteristics, Director Chen broke down and deeply analyzed the key points, major difficulties, and common pitfalls in the program development and revision process. He systematically outlined the workflow, formulation standards, review criteria, and optimization directions for developing and revising professional programs, effectively correcting teachers' cognitive biases in program formulation and revision implementation and genuinely resolving the practical confusions of front-line teaching faculty.

This training, which was targeted, practical, and instructive, effectively consolidated the basic teaching skills of our young teachers, enhanced their cognitive level and practical ability in developing talent cultivation programs, and laid a solid foundation for the college to complete the formulation (and revision) of talent cultivation programs with high quality and to promote professional construction in a standardized manner. Next, the collage will continue to focus on improving teachers' teaching abilities, carry out a series of basic teaching skills training on a regular basis, constantly optimize the talent cultivation system, continuously consolidate the foundation of education, and help steadily enhance the quality of the college's education and teaching.
